The AppSumo lifetime deal gives you long-term access to Replaiy in exchange for a one-time payment through AppSumo.
This article explains what “lifetime” means in practice, what is included in each tier, and how seats, credits, and limits work.

What you get with the lifetime deal

When you buy a Replaiy lifetime deal on AppSumo, you get:

  • Lifetime access to Replaiy as long as the product is actively maintained and operated.

  • Access within the limits of the tier you purchased (seats, credits per month, number of workspaces).

  • One workspace per code, with core functionality for LinkedIn conversations, follow-up, and AI personas.

Lifetime access refers to access over time, not unlimited growth in seats, credits, or future high-cost features.

Tiers in a nutshell

Replaiy offers four AppSumo tiers, designed for different usage levels:

  • Tier 1 – Individual Lite:
    For solo operators with a light but consistent LinkedIn workflow.

  • Tier 2 – Individual Plus:
    For solo operators who need more monthly capacity.

  • Tier 3 – Team:
    For small teams that want multiple active users in one workspace.

  • Tier 4 – Team Max:
    For teams that need higher capacity in both seats and credits.

Each tier has:

  • A fixed number of seats.

  • A fixed number of credits per month.

  • One workspace per code.

The deal is structured so that the monthly capacity and number of seats stay within clearly defined limits.

What “lifetime access” means (and does not mean)

Lifetime access means:

  • Continued access to Replaiy’s core product at the tier you bought,

  • For as long as Replaiy is actively maintained as a product,

  • Within the seats and credits limits of that tier.

Lifetime access does not mean:

  • Unlimited seats.

  • Unlimited credits per month.

  • Automatic access to all future high-cost features or add-ons.

  • Unlimited stacking beyond the highest designed tier.

This keeps the deal attractive for you and sustainable for Replaiy.

Seats on AppSumo tiers

Each AppSumo tier includes a fixed number of seats:

  • Individual tiers are designed for solo use.

  • Team tiers are designed for multiple seat owners in one workspace.

Important points:

  • Seats are hard limited per tier.

  • Extra seats beyond your tier’s limit require regular Team pricing or a separate commercial agreement outside of AppSumo.

  • Seats represent active users (persona + connected LinkedIn setup) in your workspace, not passive viewers.

Credits on AppSumo tiers

Each AppSumo tier includes a fixed monthly credit bundle.

Key points:

  • Your tier includes a defined number of credits per month.

  • Credits power AI actions in your workspace (LinkedIn actions, AI chat, persona training, and other supported features).

  • AppSumo lifetime access gives you ongoing months of usage, not unlimited credits inside each month.

If you consistently need more usage than your tier’s monthly credits allow, you can:

  • Buy PAYG credits on top of your lifetime tier, or

  • Later move into a subscription model that fits higher usage.

High-cost features and future add-ons

Future high-cost modules and add-ons are not automatically included in the AppSumo lifetime deal.

This means:

  • New outbound-heavy modules or usage-intensive add-ons may be offered as separate paid add-ons.

  • You keep lifetime access to your core tier, but future expansions can have their own pricing.

This protects the long-term economics of the product while still giving you strong lifetime value on your current tier.

Stacking and maximum tier

AppSumo allows stacking up to a defined maximum tier.

In practice:

  • You can stack codes up to the highest supported tier (for example, up to a Team Max–level setup).

  • Any needs beyond that level (for example, larger enterprise setups) are handled via a separate commercial agreement outside of AppSumo.

Stacking is there to give you flexibility, not to create unlimited enterprise usage from a one-time fee.

How support and onboarding work for AppSumo customers

As an AppSumo customer, you get:

  • Access to onboarding resources and the help center.

  • Product support for core functionality, bugs, and normal usage questions.

  • Guidance on how to get the most out of your tier within its limits.

What is outside the scope of the AppSumo deal:

  • Large custom enterprise setups.

  • Negotiating special pricing for extra seats or high-usage expansions.

  • Automatic inclusion into future paid add-ons.

These are handled via regular commercial channels outside of AppSumo.

AppSumo and refunds

All refund policies for your purchase are handled by AppSumo under their standard refund rules for lifetime deals.

Key points:

  • Replaiy does not process AppSumo refunds directly.

  • Any questions about refunds or AppSumo billing must go through AppSumo support.
