Managing seats and roles in your workspace

Seats help define how many active users can operate inside a Replaiy workspace. If you are on Team, you can add more seats as needed.

What a seat means

In the Replaiy model, a seat represents one active setup in the workspace. Product-wise, a seat maps to one persona and one connected LinkedIn account.

Team seat basics

• Team includes 5 seats by default.

• Additional seats can be added on Team.

• Individual does not support extra seats.

Best practices for managing seats

• Give access only to the people who need it.

• Keep clear ownership for each active seat.

• Remove or reassign unused seats when team structure changes.

• Review seat usage regularly so the workspace stays clean and efficient.

Billing note

If extra seats are added during an active Team cycle, the added amount is billed pro-rata for the remaining time in the cycle. On the next renewal, the full seat pricing applies.
