What happens when a payment fails?

If a subscription payment fails, the workspace is placed on hold immediately.

This means you can still access the billing or subscription area, but Replaiy product functionality is blocked until the payment issue is resolved.

What “on hold” means

When a workspace is on hold:

  • The user can still log in.

  • The billing or subscription page remains accessible.

  • Replaiy product functionality is blocked.

  • No credits are used while access is blocked.

How to restore access

  1. Open the billing or subscription page.

  2. Update or fix the payment method.

  3. Retry the payment if needed.

  4. Once payment succeeds, access is restored.

What happens to my credits?

Your credit balance is not consumed while the workspace is on hold. When payment succeeds, the workspace becomes active again with the credit balance intact.

Common causes of failed payments

  • Expired card.

  • Blocked transaction.

  • Insufficient funds.

  • Temporary payment processor issue.
