How upgrades and downgrades work

You can change your Replaiy subscription over time, but not every change behaves the same way. Some plan changes take effect immediately and reset the billing cycle. Others only take effect at the next renewal.

What counts as an upgrade

Common upgrades include:

  • Moving from Individual to Team.

  • Moving from Pay as you go to Annual.

  • Adding seats within Team.

  • Activating the Outbound add-on.

What counts as a downgrade

Common downgrades include:

  • Moving from Team to Individual.

  • Switching from Annual to Pay as you go.

  • Removing seats.

  • Disabling an add-on.

General rule

  • Upgrades can usually happen right away.

  • Downgrades usually take effect on the next billing cycle.

When the billing cycle resets

A cycle reset usually happens when there is a fundamental change, such as:

  • Moving from Individual to Team.

  • Switching from Pay as you go to Annual.

Changes inside the same active subscription structure, such as adding seats or activating an add-on, do not usually reset the billing cycle.

Important note

There are no refunds. If a downgrade or cancellation happens, the current paid cycle remains active until the renewal date.
