Subscription credits vs PAYG credits

Replaiy uses two types of credits: subscription credits and PAYG credits. Both are part of your workspace usage, but they behave differently.

Subscription credits

Subscription credits are included with your active plan.

Key points:

• They are granted at the start of each billing cycle.

• They belong to the workspace.

• They expire at the end of the subscription cycle.

• The amount depends on your plan and billing frequency.

PAYG credits

PAYG credits are purchased separately.

Key points:

• They are not tied to your subscription cycle.

• They stay valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

• They remain separate from subscription credits.

• They are useful when you need more usage without changing your base plan right away.

When customers usually use PAYG credits

PAYG credits are useful when:

• You temporarily need more usage.

• You do not want to upgrade immediately.

• You want a usage buffer on top of your subscription.
