Can I keep PAYG credits if I cancel my subscription?

In general, PAYG credits can remain available after subscription cancellation as long as the account stays active and the PAYG credits are still within their 12-month validity window.

What happens after cancellation

If the subscription is canceled:

• Subscription credits follow the normal cancellation and cycle rules.

• PAYG credits can remain available if the account is still active.

• PAYG credits still expire 12 months after purchase.

What happens if the full account is closed

If the full account is closed, PAYG credits also expire and are not refunded.

Important note

PAYG credits are workspace-bound. They cannot be transferred to another account or user.
