What happens to credits when I upgrade or downgrade?

Credits can change when your plan changes, but the exact outcome depends on the type of change.

Upgrade from Individual to Team

If you upgrade from Individual to Team:

• Unused Individual subscription credits carry over into the new cycle.

• The full Team credit bundle is granted.

• All subscription credits then follow the new cycle timing.

• PAYG credits remain untouched.

Upgrade from Pay as you go to Annual

If you move from Pay as you go to Annual:

• Unused Pay as you go subscription credits carry over.

• The full annual credit bundle is added.

• PAYG credits remain untouched.

Downgrade from Team to Individual

If you downgrade from Team to Individual:

• The downgrade applies at the next cycle.

• Team credits remain available until the current cycle ends.

• After the downgrade takes effect, the new Individual credit amount applies.

• PAYG credits remain untouched.

Adding seats or enabling Outbound

• Adding seats does not add credits.

• Activating Outbound does not add credits.

• Both continue using the same workspace pool.
