What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, Replaiy does not issue a refund. In most cases, your current paid cycle remains active until the renewal date.

What cancellation means

Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing again. It does not usually remove access immediately if you are already inside a paid cycle.

Important things to know

• There are no refunds.

• You can continue using the current paid cycle until it ends.

• Future renewals stop after cancellation.

• Some usage-related items may behave differently depending on credits and account status.

Cancellation during a trial

If you cancel during the 3-day trial:

• The full subscription is not charged on day 4.

• The 1 trial fee is not refunded.

Cancellation and PAYG credits

If your setup includes separately purchased PAYG credits, those may continue to remain available under the product rules as long as the account stays active.
