How seats and credits work on AppSumo tiers

AppSumo tiers are primarily defined by two capacity limits: the number of seats and the number of credits included per month.

Seats on AppSumo tiers

Each AppSumo tier has a fixed seat limit.

In practice:

• Lower tiers are designed for solo or light usage.

• Higher tiers are designed for team usage.

• Seats are hard-limited by the tier you bought.

If a customer needs more seats than the purchased AppSumo tier includes, that expansion does not happen automatically through the LTD. It moves into regular Team pricing or a separate commercial agreement.

Credits on AppSumo tiers

Each AppSumo tier also includes a fixed monthly credit allowance.

Important points:

• Credits are workspace-wide.

• Credits are shared across all seats in the workspace.

• Credits power supported AI actions across the product.

• The tier defines how much monthly usage is included.

What if usage is higher than the tier limit?

If a customer needs more usage than the tier includes, the next step is usually:

• Buying PAYG credits, or

• Moving into a subscription setup that better matches higher usage.

Important clarification

Lifetime access means ongoing time-based access to the tier, not unlimited monthly capacity inside the tier.
