This FAQ answers the short, repeatable questions that AppSumo customers tend to ask most often about lifetime access, limits, growth, and support.

Is my AppSumo deal really lifetime?
Yes. Lifetime means continued access as long as Replaiy is actively maintained and operated, within the limits of the purchased tier.

Does lifetime mean unlimited seats and credits?
No. Lifetime refers to time-based access, not unlimited capacity. Seats and monthly credits are both limited by tier.

What happens if I need more seats than my tier includes?
That growth moves into regular Team pricing or a separate commercial setup. Extra seats do not unlock automatically through the AppSumo deal.

What if I need more credits than my tier includes?
Customers who outgrow their included usage usually add PAYG credits or move to a subscription setup that better fits higher demand.

Can I stack multiple AppSumo codes?
Yes. Stacking can be used to move into a higher supported AppSumo tier.

Can I keep stacking beyond the highest AppSumo tier?
No. Stacking is capped at the top supported AppSumo tier. Anything above that is handled outside AppSumo.

Can I move from AppSumo to a regular subscription later?
Yes. Customers can move into regular pricing when they need more seats, more credits, or a more scalable setup.

What happens to my AppSumo deal if I also move to regular plans?
The AppSumo deal remains the base layer of access, while additional growth in usage, seats, or add-ons can be handled through subscriptions and PAYG credits.

Who handles refunds?
Refunds and marketplace billing questions are handled by AppSumo under their own rules, not by Replaiy.

Are future high-cost modules automatically included?
No. Future high-cost modules and heavy-cost add-ons are not automatically included in the standard LTD.
